About the event
Chattanooga Burger Week officially starts April 6th and this year's burger, Bleu Steel, inspired by the cult classic film Zoolander, is loaded with Bleu and American cheese, a spiced pear and caramelized shallot compote, then topped with fresh harvest mix.
