A Sour Ale fermented with our house sour mix & conditioned on pineapple, coconut & lactose.
Sky Island Tropical Sour
ABV: 7.0% • IBU: 11

An American Sour co-fermented with peach, mango, pineapple & guava.
Seventh Sense Cherry Berry Berliner
ABV: 4.0% • IBU: 2

A refreshing Berliner Weisse brewed with cherries, cranberries & raspberries.
Pineapple Strawberry Gose
ABV: 4.6% • IBU: 7

A traditional gose brewed with pineapple, strawberry & sea salt.
Silent Siren Peach Berliner
ABV: 4.7% • IBU: 2

A traditional Berliner Weisse refermented on 1.5lbs of peaches per gallon.
Blueberry Margarita Gose
ABV: 8.8% • IBU:7

A high gravity imperial gose brewed with blueberries, lime, coriander & sea salt.
Dark Cherry Sour
ABV: 5.5% • IBU: 8

An American Sour Ale fermented on 200 lbs of dark cherries & conditioned on Madagascar vanilla beans.
Steel Jungle Cherry Limeade Gose
ABV: 8.3% • IBU: 2

An Imperial Gose brewed with 1.5 lbs of red cherries per gallon, then finished on fresh lime peel & sea salt.
Black Currant Sour
ABV: 5.5% • IBU: 12

Brewed with a generous portion of black currants. then conditioned on fresh mango purée, vanilla beans & dried lime peel.
Madagascar Sour
ABV: 7.3% • IBU: 11

Our Belgian Golden Sour fermented on passion fruit, lychee, Madagascar tea & vanilla.
Black Currant Sour With Vanilla
ABV: 5.5% • IBU: 12

Sour ale brewed with 1.5lbs of black currants per gallon & finished with Madagascar vanilla beans.
Blueberry Cobbler Sour
ABV: 5.5% • IBU: 6

Brewed with 1lb of blueberries per gallon & conditioned with vanilla beans & cinnamon graham crackers.
Cherry Cobbler Sour
ABV: 5.5% • IBU: 6

Brewed with 1.5lbs of dark and sour red cherries per gallon then conditioned with vanilla beans & cinnamon graham crackers.
Tequila Sunrise Sour
ABV: 10.0% • IBU: 8

A mixed culture sour ale aged in tequila barrels with oranges & cherries, creating a sour spin on a classic summer cocktail.
Tropical Lemonade Sour
ABV: 4.5% • IBU: 6

A sour ale brewed with strawberries, passionfruit, lemon & basil.
Wine Barrel Aged Sour With Figs
ABV: 8.8% • IBU: 17

A blend of two wine barrel aged beers: 30% Golden Sour and 70% Farmhouse Pale Ale with figs.
Blueberry Juniper Basil Sour
ABV: 5.7% • IBU: 8

This sour was fermented with 1lb fresh blueberries per gallon, then conditioned on basil & juniper.
Smoked Wheat Sour
ABV: 7.0% • IBU: 5

Our take on a Lichtenhainer, a sour wheat beer, was brewed with German wheat malt & oak smoked barley, then fermented in J.W. Kelly Rye Whiskey barrels.
